Officer Jeron Barnett of the Katy Police Department was honored as the 2008 “Law Enforcement Officer of the Year” from Katy at the Texas -Louisiana Gulf Coast District Exchange Club 43rd Crime Prevention Dinner at the Westin Galleria in Houston this past weekend.
Barnett was nominated for the recognition by the Greater Katy Exchange Club.
